As a NeroDivergent and LGBTQ+ affirming therapist with training in Cognitive Behavior therapy, Mindfulness, and mind-body healing, I offer a safe, grounded space to explore identity, relationships, intimacy, and the parts of yourself you’ve learned to silence to get through the day.

I’m a Marriage and Family Therapist licensed in California and Pennsylvania, and I specialize in helping adults find calm, confidence, and joy again, even when the world feels overwhelming.
