Finding yourself in the middle of it all

If you’re here, there’s a good chance you’ve been holding everything together for everyone else.

And you’ve been wondering when it’s your turn to finally exhale. You might be a mom, a caregiver, a partner, or a professional constantly juggling too many roles. You love deeply and give endlessly, but somewhere along the way, you’ve started to feel overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected from yourself. I know that feeling well, because I’ve lived it, too. Along the way I have managed to become lucky enough to find a family of my own. I am a mother of two boys who have some special needs. I attempt to learn as much from my clients as I hope they learn from me. My greatest lesson comes from the understanding that you never know what can happen, but you can learn how to respond to the ups and downs.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent years working in the film and television industry. On paper, it looked like I had everything figured out. But life had a different plan, and it taught me that what we look like on the outside rarely tells the full story. After leaving that world behind, I began working with children with autism, and something inside me clicked. I realized that helping others, especially those navigating challenges others don’t always see or understand, was where I was meant to be.

My intention is simple. To help you feel calmer in your mind, more grounded in your body, and more connected to your inner wisdom, so you can move through your life with steadiness, clarity, and a sense of alignment that truly supports you.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me isn’t about judgment or quick fixes.

It’s about real conversations, gentle curiosity, and practical change. We’ll talk honestly about what’s working and what’s not. We’ll laugh when it helps. And sometimes, we’ll sit quietly in the hard moments, because healing takes space. My hope is that you’ll leave each session feeling seen, understood, and a little more capable of facing whatever comes next.

Let's work together

I offer a safe, affirming space to explore what’s been weighing you down, and help you reconnect with the part of yourself that’s been waiting to breathe again.
